When you're hunting the biggest trout in the river, you throw meat. The Trophy Trout Streamer Pack — Naturals is a complete, ready-to-fish arsenal of 36 hand-tied articulated streamers, built around the two most proven big-trout patterns ever designed — the Sex Dungeon and the Circus Peanut — in the three colors that cover almost any water.
No filler, no flies you'll never tie on. Just jointed, water-pushing, predator-triggering streamers that move like the real thing and hold up to strike after strike.
At fly shops, quality articulated streamers run $6–9 each — buy 36 and you're well over $200. Hand-tied and sold direct, you get the same quality for a fraction of that.
What's inside — 36 flies:
- 18 Sex Dungeons + 18 Circus Peanuts
- Colors: olive, black & white
- Sizes: 2 & 6
- 3 of each pattern, color & size
Sex Dungeon — Imitates sculpins, baitfish, and juvenile trout: a big, vulnerable meal that triggers predatory strikes from large trout. Fish it tight to banks and structure on a sink-tip; strip with sharp pulls and pauses so the jointed body darts and jackknifes — the pause-then-dart draws the eat. Deadly in low light or off-color water.
Circus Peanut — Imitates baitfish, crayfish, sculpins, and leeches: a generalist big meal that kicks and breathes on every pause. Fish it slow and deep — strip-and-pause along the bottom; the dumbbell eyes jig it up and down on the pause, perfect for big trout that won't chase.
Why this pack:
- The two deadliest articulated trout patterns, in one curated kit.
- Every condition covered — olive (natural/sculpin), black (low light, dirty water), white (bright days, clear water).
- Sizes 2 & 6 — go big for trophy water, scale down for pressured fish.
- Hand-tied on premium hooks with strong wire joints — built to take repeated hits.
- Direct-to-angler value — a complete streamer arsenal without the fly-shop markup.
Hand-tied in small batches — exact patterns, colors, and sizes may vary slightly with availability. Fly count per pack is always as listed.
What Size/Weight Do I Need?
Choosing the right fly rod weight and length depends on the species you're targeting, the size of flies you'll be casting, and the fishing conditions. Here's a guide to help you decide:
Quick Recommendations
First fly rod? Start with a 5-weight, 9'0 rod. It's the most versatile option.
Small mountain streams? Go lighter with a 3 or 4-weight, 7'6 - 8'6 rod.
Saltwater fishing? An 8-weight, 9'0 rod is your go-to for most flats species.
Big western rivers or throwing heavier rigs? A 6-weight, 9'0 rod adds power without losing versatility.
Chasing larger saltwater species or windy conditions? Step up to a 9-weight for extra lifting power.
Rod Weight Guide
Perfect for small trout in tight quarters. Delicate presentations with dry flies and small nymphs.
The most versatile choice. Handles everything from dry flies to streamers. Great for rivers, lakes, and light saltwater applications.
Built for bigger fish and larger flies. Excellent for streamer fishing, steelhead runs, and saltwater flats.
Heavy-duty rods for the biggest fish and toughest conditions. Large saltwater species and powerful freshwater predators.
The most versatile fly rod weight, perfect for beginners and a wide range of trout applications.
Adds power for larger flies, windy days, big trout, and light bass fishing.
Well suited for bass bugs, streamers, and lighter saltwater species.
A go-to for steelhead, larger streamers, and many common saltwater flats species.
Built for windy conditions, larger saltwater species, and heavier flies that need more lifting power.
